2. Products and pricing
We sell water, solar, and industrial solutions, including water storage tanks and related products, as described on each product page. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but the price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout confirmation. Product images and descriptions are provided for guidance; minor variations in colour, finish, or appearance may occur.
3. Orders and order acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it and, where payment is by direct bank transfer, once payment has been received and cleared. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or the information provided is incorrect, and we will contact you if this happens.
4. Payment
Payment is by direct bank transfer, as offered at checkout. Your order ships only after funds have cleared. Do not send payment to any account other than the account details shown at checkout.
5. Delivery
Delivery is within South Africa only. Please read our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment clears, and delivery takes a further 4-7 working days, subject to the processing and delivery terms in that policy.
6. Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days, subject to the conditions in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Please read that policy before returning anything and contact us first for return authorisation and instructions.
7. Warranties
Warranty terms are set out on our Warranty page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable South African consumer protection law.
8. Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, Aquavolt Africa is not liable for loss arising from misuse, incorrect installation, or unauthorised modification of a product. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
